I have been working as a Spanish teacher for several years in the English education system with experience in GCSE and A-levels.

The team at Vamos has given me the opportunity to join them from the beginning of this project and I have been providing my insights in helping them create practical learning resources designed to support Spanish students on their Spanish journey.

As a teacher, I am fully aware of the importance of quality, content delivered to our students. It is critical that the content delivered is aligned to the National Curriculum to guide them in the same direction. Furthermore, it is essential these resources are stimulating and encouraging for our students in their journey.

From my experience as a teacher, I have had to contend with demotivated students and challenging situations, so I understand why a well-planned lesson, tailored to students’ needs, is vital in creating a motivating environment.

Resources at Vamos are planned to be enjoyable and adaptable for different circumstances and abilities without eliminating the ultimate goal, which is to encourage students to excel in their Spanish journey.
