With my experience working with secondary school students in different countries and backgrounds, I was delighted to be offered the opportunity to lead the team that created the Young Learner course materials at Vamos.

My objective was they should reflect the actual needs of the students as well as comply with AQA and Edexcel exam boards.

As project leader I quickly realised we needed to create our own materials modelled on the Vamos look and feel. Our books reflect the perfect union between the 4 skills and the communicative approach and give extra confidence to our students, which is the signature of the Vamos brand.

Since its creation, Vamos has stood out for its engaging and motivating format, which has brought success to so many students and for this purpose, I selected a group of teachers who offered many decades of combined teaching experience.
