As Director of Studies, one of my main responsibilities is recruiting, training and supporting our teaching team. When we decided to develop Vamos for Schools, it also meant creating a completely new academic programme for young learners.

Working alongside a team of experienced teachers, we developed a curriculum that reflected the Vamos teaching methodology while providing a clear and structured learning pathway for every stage of a student’s journey.

That involved researching and creating engaging course content for learners from Year 3 through to Year 13, as well as developing our booster and exam preparation courses.

Working with such an experienced team has been one of the most rewarding parts of the project. Bringing together ideas and experience from different areas of education has helped us create programmes we’re genuinely proud to offer.
