Start their trip with 2-3 days in Madrid
For groups flying to Madrid Airport, we suggest a short, cultural stay in Spain’s vibrant capital. This can be arranged either when they arrive or before their departure.
They’ll visit the Prado Museum, Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol Square – as well as the famous Real Madrid Football stadium.
Package includes 3*** hotel accommodation with full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Coach to/from Madrid airport as well as Madrid city tour, tickets for Prado Museum and Real Madrid Football Stadium with local tourist guide plus 1 member of staff.
Day 1 – Free time until dinner at the hotel. Day 2 – coach tour through the main streets of Madrid followed by a walking tour with our guide through the historic part: Habsburg Madrid (Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol Square…) Tapas lunch at Cava Baja Street (a popular street full of tapas bars).
In the afternoon we tour the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, famous home of the Real Madrid soccer team, where we will see the playing field, locker rooms, press room, museum of the club’s titles…
Day 3 – A visit to Retiro Park followed by the Prado Museum. Lunch and then departure by coach to Alicante.
