As Director of Studies, I have many responsibilities at the school including the recruitment and training of new teachers. But when we decided to create a new part of Vamos that could offer courses for young learners, it presented us with a big project.

The teachers in our team were specially chosen to research and create content that conformed to the Vamos methodology, but also the structure in terms of how the courses should be taught.

And that meant researching specially, motivating content for Year 3 all the way through to Year 13, plus our booster and exam preparation courses.

It has been a great pleasure working with this team of experienced teachers and it meant we could share our experiences from different fields of education and merge ideas to come up with the best results.
