Chichén Itzá – México

Do you know why this place gets over 2 million visitors a year? Well, for starters it’s one of the 7 wonders of the world! These amazing ruins showcase the brilliance of the ancient city that was the center of the Mayan Empire.

The most recognizable structure is the temple of Kukulkan, and if you’re a Marvel fan, you may recognize that name. The movie took inspiration and based Namor’s character and city in this mythological god.
